PGZ Scraping basket plate centrifuge
The PGZ Scraping Basket Plate Centrifuge is a heavy-duty solid-liquid separation machine that combines a perforated basket and plate elements with a mechanical scraper for rapid, reliable cake formation and automatic discharge. Working Principle
PGZ Scraping basket plate centrifuge is designed based on GMP standard and environmental protection sanitary requirement, it is a new model bottom discharge centrifuge.
It cancelled traditional suspension support leg, and adopts flat plate balance weight and high viscosity damp vibration isolator without base installation inverter controls the motor, it connects directly with the bowl through the motor spindle,which makes the bowl rotating at high speed around itself axis to form centrifugal force field, then the centrifugal force pushes the material acquiesced on the bowl to separate the solid and the liquid.
The liquid penetrates the solid and the filter screen gap, then it is crossed to the main case space,and discharged from the bottom liquid outlet, the solid material will hold back in the bowl. After processed,the bowl speed reduced, and the scraper would scrape the solid material, discharge it through the outlet on the bottom of bowl.
Applied for fine and medium grain solid particle suspension separation, the solid particle could be granule,
crystal or fiber type. Especially for the separation which the material has high viscosity,fine grain,poisonous and
inflammable. Widely used in the area of chemical, pharmaceutical, food light industry, environment protection etc
