PS Filiter basket plate centrifuge is designed based on GMP standard and environmental protection sanitary requirement, it is a fully closed manual top discharge centrifuge.
It is equipped with big flip closed shell, cancelled traditional suspension support leg, and adopts flat plate balance weight and high viscosity damp vibration isolator without base installation. The inverter controls the motor to drive belt pulley, through triangle belt to give the powder to the bowl, which makes the bowl rotating high speed around itself axis to form centrifugal force field, then the centrifugal force pushed the material equispaced on the bowl to separate the solid and the liquid The liquid penetrates the solid and the filter screen gap. it was tossed to the main case space, and discharged from the bottom liquid outlet, the solid material will hold back in the bolw, and will be manually discharge from the top when the machine shutting down.
