Application

XL-GD8-2FCZ double-head powder+weighing and feeding bag packaging machine

This machine is mainly composed of a bag-type automatic packaging machine and a twin-screw combination weighing machine. It can be used for high-precision weighing and packaging of powder materials of 100-1000 or 500-2500 or 1000-s000 grams, with high accuracy. The device can quickly change the specification of the packaging bag, and the width of thebag clamping claw device can be automatically and quickly adjusted by inputting the bag width through the touch screen.

The machine is equipped with a standard detection device, which can detect that the filling device will not be filled and theheat sealing device wilnot be sealed when the machine has no packaging or the packaging bag is not opened, so as toavoid waste of packaging materials and raw materials.

Work flow chart

● Manually print the code on the bags (or use machine ribbon coding), place them in the bag hopper (bag hopper adjustment is manual), and measure the bag width. Input the bag width via the touchscreen, and the equipment automatically adjusts the width of the bag clamping claws.

● First station: Automatically sucks up the bags and feeds them into the rotary bag clamping claws.

● Second station: Ribbon coding.

● Third station: Automatic bag opening (simultaneous opening from top and bottom with air blowing assistance from above).

● Fourth station: Servo screw feeds material for rough filling. A dust collector is installed at the filling position to remove dust generated during filling.

● Fifth station: Bags are removed and weighed, and the weighing data is fed back to the PLC, which automatically calculates the amount of material to be added at the next station. This station also has a dust collector to remove dust escaping from the bag opening.

● Sixth station: Based on the weighing data from the previous station, a small amount of material is added. Servo screw filling is also used, and a dust collector is installed to remove dust generated during filling. 8. At the seventh station, straighten the bag opening and proceed to the heat sealing position. Before sealing, vent the air and then seal the bag.
